For one of our clients in the offshore transport and installation industry, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter.
Our client is a world-leading offshore construction company, specializing in transporting, installing, and removing offshore energy infrastructure. With a strong focus on innovation, safety, and sustainability, they execute complex projects for the offshore energy industry using one their specialized fleet of heavy lift vessels.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and lead continuous improvement projects aligned with our strategic goals. You’ll effortlessly switch between strategic planning and hands-on execution, refining every aspect of our recruitment operations. Your expertise in competency-based recruitment and recruitment marketing will help us attract candidates who are not only a match for the role but also fit our company culture. With a data-driven approach, you will analyze audience insights to optimize recruitment strategies and support well-informed decisions.
You will play a key role as a business partner, advising internal stakeholders at a strategic level based on data and audience analysis. This ensures that recruitment is aligned with broader and future-proof business objectives.
Tasks
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for your portfolio, with a strong focus on HQ business support roles (HR, Commerce, Finance, Data, Digitalization, Legal, Procurement), ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Ensuring clear and consistent communication, keeping all stakeholders well-informed, engaged, and connected throughout the recruitment process.
- Driving innovation in recruitment processes, tools, and techniques by leveraging data-driven insights to continuously attract top talent and improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Acting as a strategic business partner, providing consultative advice to hiring managers and using data analysis and audience insights to shape recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Applying your expertise in assessments and competency-based recruitment to evaluate candidates’ skills and growth potential, while working closely with recruitment marketing specialists to strengthen our employer brand.
- Demonstrating flexibility by seamlessly switching between strategic planning and operational execution to meet dynamic hiring needs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is creative, results-driven, and has a growth mindset. In addition, you bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter with a proven track record in strategy and innovation.
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or (Organizational) Psychology.
- Experience and strong skills in driving change within a recruitment team.
- Expertise in competency-based recruitment and selection (STAR), as well as experience working with (internal) recruitment marketing specialists and functional knowledge of recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; fluency in Dutch is required.
