Accountability
- Support in recruitment and recruitment administration
- Substitute the Recruiter during absence
- General support to the HR department
- Manage the internal referral program
- Organize appointments with assessment centers for applicants (where required)
- Coordinate travel and accommodation with the department secretaries for foreign applicants
- File agency, contractors, and other recruitment-related documents (E.G. offer letters, contracts)
- Organize participation of job fairs
- Participate in different HR projects when required
- Responsible for the administrative onboarding process for newcomers
- Coordinating internships and graduation assignments
- Ensure that all the recruitment documents and templates are up to date
- (Support) with creating different recruitment reports
- Ensure that onboarding-related documents are signed and filed timely
- Create and file working procedures and manuals
Qualifications
· You have a Bachelor level Personeel & Arbeid (or equivalent)
· 2 years of work experience
· Good knowledge in business English both verbal and written
