Recruitment Assistant

Accountability

  • Support in recruitment and recruitment administration
  • Substitute the Recruiter during absence
  • General support to the HR department
  • Manage the internal referral program
  • Organize appointments with assessment centers for applicants (where required)
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation with the department secretaries for foreign applicants
  • File agency, contractors, and other recruitment-related documents (E.G. offer letters, contracts)
  • Organize participation of job fairs
  • Participate in different HR projects when required
  • Responsible for the administrative onboarding process for newcomers
  • Coordinating internships and graduation assignments
  • Ensure that all the recruitment documents and templates are up to date
  • (Support) with creating different recruitment reports
  • Ensure that onboarding-related documents are signed and filed timely
  • Create and file working procedures and manuals

Qualifications

·       You have a Bachelor level Personeel & Arbeid (or equivalent)
·       2 years of work experience
·       Good knowledge in business English both verbal and written
