For one of our clients in the oil&gas industry we are looking for a Midstream Support Coordinator

Our client is established in 11 countries worldwide and is active in the energy and water sectors. In the Netherlands, they operate as a producer of natural gas and are co-owner and operator of two gas storage facilities.

The Midstream Support Coordinator prepares and guides all O&M campaign-based activities from an operational perspective, and provides input where operation input is required like PTW/ planning/ engineering sessions.
The Midstream Support Coordinator creates work packages and prepares work program needs for; cleaning, depressurizing and purging/ pressure testing of plant equipment.
The purpose of the role is to integrate O&M with a strong operational background within the work preparation/ planning departments
Additional he/ she will assist in all field operational tasks and assists the Day Team Lead in the safe operation of onshore production and storage facilities. He is not part of the shift and has no tasks behind the main Control panel in the Central Control Room. The OSO completes operational PM’s, keeps records and reports malfunctions of equipment, performs routine maintenance & site inspections, releasing the work permits at the job site , performs a job site inspection after completion of work and carries out Condensate & Produced Water shipments. A high level of awareness of safety and environmental precautions is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing operational work packs (Including ICC’s according SIRP)
  • Preparing leak test packages
  • Will create work instructions and manages the safe execution of work, planning and execution of turnarounds/projects
  • Advising from an operations perspective in HAZID/ RA/ and PHR sessions
  • Preparing/ advising/ reviewing work permits the reviewing of Work Instructions and after consultation with the Day Shift Team Lead updating these.
  • Maintains and promotes a high level of awareness on safety and environment
  • Reviews and is able to review and train operational colleagues
  • To fill all day operator roles when required
  • Entering all relevant data into the logbook and into the production data systems
  • To record safety issues through the OOG GO card system
  • Executing operational PMs and checklists and report all deviations to the Day Team Lead and create workorders accordingly
  • Is a key player in communicating between CCR and execution of work onsite
  • Ensures all relevant operating or special instructions are communicated to the shift both verbally and by entries into the logbook 
  • Report findings to supervisor and in Maximo
  • Norm/ mercury/ benzene/ gas testing
  • Responsible for the safe release of installations for maintenance
  • Responsible for safe reinstatment processes after maintenance
  • Extensive sirp/ LOTOTO knowledge and execution of the icc process. Isolation Authority
  • Updating MFD

What we search for in you
We’re happy to hear from professionals with an MBO4 education level and additional technical education in mechanics, electronics or process technology/VAPRO. In this role you'll require both Dutch and English language skills.
