Accountability

We are looking for an HR Assistant Recruitment. The HR Assistants team consists of 8 teammates working in several disciplines supporting the HR department; Training, Recruitment, Arbo Desk, Document Control and the HR Service Desk. As a HR Assistant you have a specialism in one of the above disciplines, but you are also flexible and willing to assist in at least one of the other disciplines. For this position we are looking for a HR Assistant with a specialism in Recruitment. 

Your tasks and responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide administrational support to the recruitment department;
  • Schedule interviews with candidates with the associated administrative tasks;
  • Request and process documentation for new employees (Docusign);
  • Responsible for our Recruitment inbox and the Open Job applications;
  • Organize recruitment events, both internally and externally.

Qualifications

The ideal profile of our new HR Assistant – Recruitment:

  • Available for 24 – 40 hours per week 
  • 0-2 years of administrative experience;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
  • Accurate, structured and service-oriented.
