Senior Regulatory Compliance Engineer

- Act as Project Regulatory Compliance Engineer on large EPC projects (over USD 1 billion);
- Responsible for the development and documentation of a regulatory requirement framework with which the Project must comply;
- Ensure that the requirements are communicated to the project team and monitors if these are complied with. Furthermore, have to develop a Regulatory Compliance (Permits & Consents) Plan including all active and passive statutory requirements, and record all permits, licenses and certificates to comply with the requirements;
- During the project duration, monitor changes in statutory legislation, rules and regulations, and ensure communication of necessary information throughout the project organization;
- At the end of the project organize the hand-over of the Regulatory Compliance Plan to client and/or operator at project completion, including a renewal schedule for permits and consents and collect all lessons learned.

Profiel
- MSc Degree (TU) including courses on the legal aspects of construction;
- At least 10 years experience of Offshore industry construction and installation including an emphasis on achievement of local regulatory compliance requirements;
- Professional communication in English (verbal and written);
- Conversant with MS Office applications; willingness to travel; team player.
