Senior QA Engineer

- Prepare and implement Project Quality Plans including: the Quality System Application Matrix, the Inspection Plan, the Audit Schedule, and, where necessary, the Critical Offshore Interface Matrix;
- Ensure that all elements of the Group Management System and Contract Specification requirements that apply to project execution are fully implemented;
- Ensure planned deviations to the GMS and Contract Specification requirements are documented and approved by the Project and Company QA Manager in advance of project start up;
- Ensure unplanned deviations from the GMS and Contract Specification requirements are brought to the attention of the respective Project Manager and the Company QA Manager for resolution;
- Ensure all project discipline Leads are aware of significant Lessons Learned from previous projects;
- Initiate and participate in the Criticality Assessment review meetings, Design review Meetings of critical components and systems, and Project Close-out meetings;
- Where necessary, Review bid package Quality Assurance requirements prior to release to selected suppliers / subcontractors, and review suppliers / subcontractors Quality Assurance submittals;
- Obtain copies of supplier and subcontractor Non-conformance Reports and review them for any further Corrective or Preventive requirements;
- Develop project Quality KPI’s as a measure of the project success factors;
- Report project Quality KPI performance on a monthly basis to the respective Project Manager and the Company QA Manager;
- Ensure that the project arrangements for quality are understood by all PMT and key project members.Assist in Quality Inductions for new personnel;
- Verify that all Fabricators, Engineering sub contractors and Suppliers are qualified as per GMS and Contract requirements;
- Verify by audit that Engineering, Package Management and Construction QC activities are implemented in line with GMS, Contract requirements and the agreed ITP’s;
- Ensure that project quality incidents are reported to the Company QA Manager;
- Ensure client satisfaction feedback is obtained;
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Company Management System;
- He/she must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written).

- MSC or BSC degree or equivalent level of education obtained through relevant experience or courses with at least 5 years experience in the field of QA, Project Management or Process Industry;
- Furthermore a QA Engineer needs to be able to work as a team member.
