Sales Manager Benelux

• Manages the Dutch sales office with 3 outside sales engineers and 3 inside sales persons.
• Manages the Belgian territory with 2 commissioning representatives.
• Acts as a negotiator between the factories and the sales team.
• Responsible to achieve the Benelux booking goals while balancing the expense levels for the entire team.
• Executes a close working relationship with the European Management Team for control valves and the Global Alliance Managers for Key accounts.
• Will be responsible for a number of selected accounts.
• Manages all daily practical items like, HR, IT, Facility and Cost management

• Bachelor degree in engineering
• Some year’s sales (management) experience in a technical environment Entrepreneurial and innovative capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Commercially focussed
• Proven management skills; a team player, giving guidance, motivation and directions to his/her team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of German and / or French is preferred
