The Structural Topsides Design (STD) Discipline is responsible for the structural design of topsides facilities for floating and fixed offshore structures such as FPSO, FSO and MOPU.
Werkzaamheden
- As a member of multidisciplinary project teams you will be responsible for leading the Structural Topsides Discipline on large offshore projects;
- Your team will be responsible to provide design calculations, construction drawings and MTO’s for offshore structures, such as modules, helidecks, flare towers and hull integrations;
- The design calculations will be made using Finite Element software, in-house written software or hand calculations and will be based on international design codes;
- Part of your responsibilities will be interfacing with project management, other disciplines, procurement, construction and subcontractors.

Profiel
- A BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical, Civil, Offshore, Naval or Aerospace Engineering is required
- Approximately 10 years experience in structural offshore engineering, of which 4 years in a leading position.
