Installation Engineer

The Installation Engineer supports project teams with calculations and the development of methods and procedures for installing, removing and transporting offshore constructions.

- To prepare and update procedures, methods, drawings, etc. for various phases of the work;
- To resolve technical queries and recommend alternative solutions to engineering problems related to installation activities;
- To prepare and update stability and transportation and lifting analyses for relevant phases of the work;
- To prepare detailed calculations on project related subjects such as rigging, padeyes, seafastenings, barge grillages and installation aids;
- To ensure compliance with engineering standards and relevant codes;
- To produce material and equipment material take-offs with sufficient information to meet the required technical, quality and safety standards;
- Carry out other department related tasks when required by Section Head Project Engineering or Manager Engineering Department.

•Higher Technical College(HTS) / Technical University (TU) Civil Engineering, Maritime Design or Mechanical Engineering;
•0 to 3 years experience with installing offshore constructions.
